Töösisu kirjeldus
The successful applicant will be requested to perform the following main tasks and responsibilities:
HR process mapping and redesign (end-to-end workflows).
HR analytics and data interpretation (including KPI design and reporting logic).
Translating data into decision support (not just reporting, but insight generation).
Supporting HR strategy formulation through evidence.
Application of AI tools for automation, classification, and pattern detection.
Operational support across recruitment, onboarding, training.
Support to ethics, integrity and harassment prevention initiatives (data, reporting, monitoring angle).

Eligibility requirements:
Be a national of one of the Member States of the European Union, Norway or Türkiye.
Have fulfilled any obligations imposed by the applicable laws concerning military service.
Be physically fit to perform the duties of the post.
Have completed the first cycle of a higher education course (university education) and obtained a full degree or its equivalent by the closing date for applications.
Have obtained the most recent higher education degree (graduate, postgraduate or doctoral) no more than three years before the deadline for applications.
Have a thorough knowledge of oral and written English.
Selection requirements:
A university degree in human resources management, data science, business analytics, artificial Intelligence (applied or business-oriented focus), public administration, management, or organisational psychology.
Ability to synthesise and translate data into narrative (storytelling through data).
Digital and technical curiosity.
Good command of Microsoft tools (Excel, Word, Outlook) and collaborative platforms (SharePoint, Teams).
Experience using AI or curiosity towards AI-enabled optimisation (not necessarily technical development, but applied use).
