Job Description:
- Develop and implement sales plans aligned with company strategy and revenue targets to drive business growth.
- Set sales targets and provide accurate sales forecasting.
- Conduct market analysis to identify new projects and sales channels.
- Communicate with clients and prepare technical and commercial documentation.
- Provide pre-sales technical assistance to customers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors and agents.
- Build and nurture long-term customer relationships by understanding their needs.
- Negotiate tender and contract terms.
- Promote company products effectively.
Ootused kandidaadile
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in technical sales and sales management.
- Technical degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of successful experience as a sales representative or sales manager.
- Ability to quickly learn and understand technical products.
- Strong business acumen and industry expertise.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation abilities.
- Strong negotiation and prospecting skills.
- Self-motivated, well-organized, and results-driven.
- Target-oriented with a strong financial motivation.
- Proficiency in English, Estonian, and Russian (written and spoken).
- Willingness to travel for business purposes.
