Töösisu kirjeldus
The Communication Manager Intern will support the Board of ESN TalTech IC in managing and developing the section’s communication, visibility, and digital presence. The role focuses mainly on social media communication, content creation, and event promotion, while assisting the Communication Manager in day-to-day tasks.
Ootused kandidaadile
The intern will work closely with the Communication Manager and support the following areas:
Assisting with management of ESN TalTech IC social media channels (mainly Instagram; also Facebook, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn when needed)
Creating engaging content for social media (posts, stories, reels, visuals, short texts)
Supporting promotion of ESN TalTech IC events across different communication channels
Assisting with event coverage, including photos and short videos
Supporting coordination of visual content for events in cooperation with the Event Manager
Helping ensure consistent use of ESN branding and communication guidelines
Supporting basic copywriting and content planning
Assisting with media organization and content selection after events
Võimalused
The internship duration and starting dates are flexible and can be adapted according to Erasmus+ traineeship requirements. The position is part-time, with the workload depending on the number of ESN TalTech IC events and communication needs. Working hours are flexible, with the possibility of hybrid work from Tallinn. The internship does not include financial compensation. However, reimbursement of costs may be provided when applicable, for example for travel related to ESN TalTech IC events or official activities. The position is eligible for Erasmus+ traineeship funding and offers opportunities for non-formal education, practical learning, and portfolio development in communication and social media. The intern will receive mentorship from ESN TalTech IC Board members, as well as a certificate of internship upon successful completion.The internship is designed to be compatible with ongoing studies. Knowledge of the Estonian language is considered an asset but is not required. ESN TalTech IC is part of the Erasmus Student Network, one of the largest student organisations in Europe, active in more than 40 countries. The intern will work closely with the local Board and volunteers, gaining hands-on experience in student NGO communication, event promotion, digital content creation, and teamwork in a multicultural environment.
