Töösisu kirjeldus
RiskSight is a cybersecurity training company whose primary focus is on increasing the cyber readiness of both regular users and management and decision-making levels. The company conducts various training projects as well as strategic and operational-level cyber exercises (STRATEX Exercises) for organisations in both the private and public sectors, including international institutions. RiskSight cooperates with high-profile international clients, including Microsoft (US and Europe), European Defence Agency, NATO CCDCOE, International Committee of the Red Cross and EUISS.
RiskSight is looking for a project manager for cybersecurity training projects, whose role combines the substantive implementation of projects with activities related to the business side. The position is suitable for a person who, in addition to project work, wishes to contribute to client communication and business processes.
Project work includes the planning, preparation, delivery and analysis of trainings and exercises. In the planning phase, this means defining the objectives, scope and target audience of the training, as well as developing content materials in cooperation with the expert team. During delivery, the role includes supporting the implementation of trainings, using training platforms where applicable, and ensuring overall substantive and operational support. In the analysis phase, the project manager consolidates the results and datasets, formulates the main conclusions, and prepares client-oriented summaries and reports where necessary.
Within the scope of business activities, the project manager participates in client meetings and working sessions, assists in preparing proposals, and drafts tender and project documentation. Where necessary, the role also includes writing grants and applications, as well as preparing and conducting cooperation meetings with partners.
Ootused kandidaadile
The role requires an interest in cybersecurity from a general perspective, primarily focusing on cyber incidents and crises, both from a substantive and a business standpoint. It is a strategic and analytical position rather than a technical role. Candidates should not expect daily hands-on technical work such as configuring systems or developing technical targets.
Awareness of cybersecurity frameworks, regulations and risk management is considered an advantage, including familiarity with NIST CSF and NIS2. The nature of the role is comparable to positions within the GRC domain, while also including the practical delivery of projects and elements of client engagement.
Proficiency in English is mandatory due to the international nature of the projects. Proficiency in Estonian is an advantage, as part of the exercises and assignments are conducted in Estonian.
Võimalused
The employment relationship is flexible and depends on agreement (e.g. project-based, part-time or full-time). The working arrangement is flexible, however on-site work is preferred. Occasional business travel may be required, with prior notice typically given at least two months in advance.
