We’re looking for a new HR team member to join us in a volunteer role. This position offers hands-on experience and requires up to 8 hours per week.
What you’ll do:
- Work on job ads and review applications
- Reply to candidates and organize interviews
- Communicate with team leads about hiring needs
- Support onboarding and agreements
- Improve HR processes and documentation
- Support small team-building and training initiatives

You may be studying or interested in HR, psychology, business or organizational development, communication, law (especially contracts or IP), or any field connected to people and processes.
You don’t need to know everything from the start. We will learn and grow in the role together.
