Estonian Student Satellite (Eesti Tudengisatelliit) is looking for a new HR Trainee to support the organisation’s recruitment, onboarding, and people-related development. This role offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in human resources and organisational processes while working closely with team leads, management, and other members supporting the development of the organisation.
The role is voluntary and unpaid and requires a commitment of up to 8 hours per week. It is well suited to someone who is interested in people, teamwork, and the development of effective internal processes in a student organisation environment.
There is a six-month HR Trainee period, after which you will continue in the team as a HR Specialist.

Main Responsibilities:
- Drafting and publishing job advertisements and reviewing applications.
- Communicating with candidates and coordinating interviews.
- Supporting communication with team leads regarding recruitment needs.
- Assisting with onboarding processes and agreements.
- Contributing to the development and improvement of HR processes and internal documentation.
- Supporting team-building and training initiatives.
