Are you passionate about IT, Apps and how they are built?
We are looking for a junior specialist who is eager to learn and could help with incident management, troubleshooting and testing of in house built solutions, is eager to take a challenge to developed automated ways of testing, put hands on creating more efficient and automated gadgets.
In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
-Be part of delivery team, working together to build and maintain high quality solutions;
-Test, analyze and maintain of inhouse built applications;
-Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing systems;
-Learn and develop your skills for future career;

-Attend traineeship from 1.06.2025 until 31.05.2026 full time.
Expectations for the candidate
What is needed in this role:
-Bachelor's degree in a related field, or nearing completion;
-A proactive and enthusiastic approach to tasks, coupled with a strong desire to continuously learn and improve;
-Aptitude for identifying and resolving issues that may arise;
-Eager to take challenges;
-Willingness to adapt to a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment where success is measured through continuous improvement;
-Excellent communication and teamwork abilities;
-Proficiency in English - both written and spoken.
