How long can an offer be up on the portal?
The employer chooses the validity period of the offer. The offer can be up for a maximum of 3 months. If necessary, the employer can re-upload the offer. If you choose the ‘until a suitable candidate is found’ option for the duration of the offer, you are obliged to inform TalTech as soon as a candidate has been found so that we can take down the offer.
What kind of internship and job advertisements are advertised on the portal?

In what format can offers be added?
You can add the offer information either manually or by uploading a design/file. The offer must include information on how the student can apply (e-mail address to which the necessary application documents should be sent, link to the employer’s website or another application platform). To ensure the best quality, the width of the design (pdf and image file) must be at least 960 pixels, but a higher number of pixels ensures even better quality.
How quickly are offers uploaded to the portal?
All offers are reviewed by a TalTech employee. If we have any questions, we will contact the employer. Once the offer has been uploaded to the portal, the employer will receive an automatic notification. Our goal is to review offers within 1-3 business days, but it may take longer during busy times. The university reserves the right not to mediate non-professional or unsuitable job offers.
