As a Change Lead Trainee, you will help our operational teams make changes that will improve how they work every day. You’ll turn real business needs into practical updates to processes and ways of working. You’ll gain hands‑on experience in analysis, working with stakeholders, preparing presentations, using data to support decisions, and applying change management methodology— while strengthening your communication and self‑leadership skills.
Expectations for the candidate
What you will do:
• Participate in scoped local change/improvement initiatives, supporting stakeholder management and preparing/conducting presentations
• Learn and apply at least one change management methodology
• Support target setting and performance management
• Support in the development, coordination and facilitation of workshops and different trainings
• Develop and apply communication and engagement plans
Who We’re Looking For:
• Students studying Change Management, Business Management, Innovation and Technology, Product Development, Business Administration or similar
• Basic understanding of change management principles
• Fundamental analytical skills, project and task coordination skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Fundamental Microsoft 365 skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint OneDrive, Teams)
• Curious, passionate individuals eager to bring fresh ideas, adapt to change and learn quickly
• Candidates who are willing to take initiative, challenge themselves, and make a positive impact
• High proficiency in English, both verbal and written

Currently studying at a University or Vocational School
Your current study course will continue after August 2026
You have valid working rights in Estonia at least till 31.08.2026
You are available and ready to commit to the traineeship full time (Mon-Fri) for at least standard period of 01.06-14.08.2026
