This Electronics Design Engineering Traineeship will enable you to develop and design analogue & digital electronic circuitry used for the testing of digital and radio products, PCB footprint and layout design. Development of embedded software and firmware for FPGAs, CPLDs and microprocessors. You will get to try embedded software programming in C and other languages used in Electronics development.


It is an opportunity to become familiar with industry tools and processes—working with ECAD, following NPI documentation and revision control, participating in design reviews, and assisting with basic compliance/EMC preparations. Along the way you'll strengthen soft skills including clear technical communication, cross functional collaboration, structured problem solving, professional documentation, and the ability to take and act on mentorship and feedback.

Expectations for the candidate

What you will do:



• Assist in designing and updating circuit schematics, selecting components, and maintaining BOMs.
• Support PCB layout work and generate fabrication/assembly files for prototype builds.
• Participate in prototype assembly, bench testing, troubleshooting, and documentation of results.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve design and production issues.
• Contribute to design reviews, implement feedback, and support compliance testing preparations.
• Maintain project documentation and follow NPI processes under guidance from senior engineers.



Who We’re Looking For:



• Students studying Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Robotics or similar
• Basic knowledge of PCB design tools (software applications used to design, layout, and prepare printed circuit boards)
• Basic skills and knowledge about soldering and prototyping
• Sound understanding and knowledge of Linux and Yocto
• Curious, passionate individuals eager to bring fresh ideas, adapt to change and learn quickly
• Candidates who are willing to take initiative, challenge themselves, and make a positive impact
• High proficiency in English, both verbal and written
