During our Electronics Engineer Traineeship you will have an opportunity to develop hard skills such as PCB testing and troubleshooting, using lab instruments like oscilloscopes and multimeters, reading and interpreting electrical schematics, and applying basic programming or RF measurement techniques. In terms of soft skills, you will learn about clear technical communication with teams and suppliers, teamwork in a production or lab environment, and precise documentation of test results. Our trainees will also gain hands-on experience in following processes, problem-solving, and working safely in a technical setting. Overall, the role builds both practical engineering competence and professional collaboration skills useful for your future careers.

Expectations for the candidate

What you will do:


• Hands on PCB tasks such as inspecting assembled PCBs for visible faults and perform basic functional tests on PCBs
• Use test equipment to measure voltages, currents, and continuity with a mustimeter and record results.
• Use an oscilloscope to observe simple waveforms and generate basic signals with a function generator and connect them to test points as instructed
• Read and follow electrical schematics to locate components, nets, and test points

• Students studying Electronics, Hardware Development and Programming, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, Computer Engineering or similar
• Basic knowledge of Electronics, diagram reading and measurement instruments awareness
• Curious, passionate individuals eager to bring fresh ideas, adapt to change and learn quickly
• Candidates who are willing to take initiative, challenge themselves, and make a positive impact
• High proficiency in English, both verbal and written

Currently studying at a University or Vocational School
Your current study course will continue after August 2026
You have valid working rights in Estonia at least till 31.08.2026
You are available and ready to commit to the traineeship full time (Mon-Fri) for at least standard period of 01.06-14.08.2026
