This Improvement Lead Traineeship is an opportunity to work on practical process improvement projects, such as enhancing internal reporting dashboards in Power BI, improving team collaboration spaces in SharePoint, and implementing small workflow optimizations based on collected improvement ideas. This is an opportunity to strengthen your data analysis, dashboard creation, documentation, structured problem solving stakeholder communication and prioritization skills whilst driving small initiatives from concept to result.
Expectations for the candidate
What you will do:
• Initiate and lead small improvement projects using Power BI and SharePoint.
• Collect, analyse, and present improvement ideas, supporting their practical implementation.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather data and inputs for improvement activities.
• Create, update, and manage documentation.
• Support coordination and follow ups to ensure smooth progress of improvement actions.
Who We’re Looking For:
• Students studying Technology Innovation, Engineering, Politics and Governance or Data Analytics
• Theoretical knowledge and foundation of project management and agile competencies
• Foundational skills of data analytics
• Curious, passionate individuals eager to bring fresh ideas, adapt to change and learn quickly
• Candidates who are willing to take initiative, challenge themselves, and make a positive impact
• High proficiency in English, both verbal and written

Currently studying at a University or Vocational School
Your current study course will continue after August 2026
You have valid working rights in Estonia at least till 31.08.2026
You are available and ready to commit to the traineeship full time (Mon-Fri) for at least standard period of 01.06-14.08.2026
