As our Founding Engineer, you will:
- Build diagnostic tools to simulate how AI sees brands
- Design visibility scoring systems across prompt clusters
- Work with embeddings, knowledge graphs, RAG pipelines, and LLM APIs
- Co-own product roadmap, architecture, and experimental direction
- Work directly with the founder in Tallinn office

We’re open to unconventional candidates. You might not have years of job experience — and that’s okay.
What matters more is that you:
- Think in systems and patterns
- Understand the advanced Python, data processing, or ML/NLP workflows (Notebooks and Pipelines also count)
- Can reason across domains: tech, language, semantics, cognition
- Are curious, fast-learning, and ready to test, fail, and build again
- Have time to commit full-time and be present (ideally in Tallinn)
Bonus if you’ve touched:
- GPT APIs, HuggingFace, LangChain, Postgres, RAG, semantic search, embeddings, or TF-IDF
But we care more about mindset than toolset.
