Job Description
We are looking for a great Automated Test Engineer to join our close close-knit team of experienced Quality Engineers. You will be working directly with Electronic Device Production company in Finland who want to convert their legacy platform to new environment in National Instruments TestStand.
Our tech stack: TestStand, LabVIEW, MS Visual C++, MS Visual C#, MS SQL, GIT.
What you will do:
• Migrate current client’s automated tests to use new platform NI TestStand and LabVIEW tools.
• Verify that the tests work correctly with client’s hardware.
• Verify that the test data is correct in database (Microsoft SQL).
• Solution oriented communication with client.
• Help with fixing issues in tests and optimizing the automated test tools.
Ootused kandidaadile
You'll Excel in This Role If You have:
• Previous experience with LabVIEW.
• Basic knowledge of automated software testing.
• Knowledge about testing terminology.
• Interest and understanding of devices and the embedded systems.
• Excellent cooperation and communication skills (consultative approach when working with client; ability to present, explain and defend your point of view).
• Attention to detail, quick learning ability, and solution-oriented approach to work.
• Good spoken and written English.
• Have ambition & drive to learn new things in the ever-changing IT industry.
Nice to haves:
• Some knowledge with TestStand.
• Understanding of databases, basic SQL queries.
• Industrial or electronical background.
• Finnish language.
