We are looking for a B2B Marketing Specialist to lead offline event marketing and partner channel development for Leil Storage. This role will focus on planning and executing industry events, trade shows, and partner-driven marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will work closely with sales, product, and channel partners to drive marketing efforts that support Leil Storage’s growth in data storage markets.

Key Responsibilities
1. Offline Event Marketing:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute trade shows, industry conferences, partner summits, and networking events to promote Leil Storage’s solutions.
- Develop event marketing strategies to drive attendance, engagement, and lead generation.
- Work closely with sales and product teams to create compelling presentations, live demos, and booth experiences.
- Manage event logistics, vendor coordination, sponsorships, and promotional materials.
- Track event ROI by analyzing lead conversions, engagement metrics, and post-event follow-ups.

2. Partner Channel Development & Marketing:
- Develop and execute partner marketing programs to strengthen relationships with resellers, distributors, and system integrators.
- Create co-branded marketing materials, sales enablement content, and training programs for channel partners.
- Support joint marketing campaigns with partners, including webinars, workshops, and roadshows.
- Collaborate with sales teams to drive partner engagement and ensure alignment on business objectives.
- Monitor partner performance and optimize marketing strategies to maximize channel-driven sales.

3. Brand & Content Development:
- Develop thought leadership content, case studies, and presentations showcasing Leil Storage’s expertise in enterprise storage solutions.
- Ensure messaging aligns with industry trends, enterprise storage challenges, and customer pain points.
- Work with design teams to create event collateral, banners, brochures, and promotional merchandise.

4. Data & Performance Analysis:
- Track and analyze event success metrics, including attendance rates, engagement levels, and post-event conversions.
- Monitor partner-driven lead generation and collaborate with sales to improve marketing effectiveness.
- Provide reports on ROI for events and partner marketing activities, recommending optimizations for future campaigns.

Ootused kandidaadile

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Basic understanding in offline event planning, execution, and post-event follow-up.
- Basic understanding of channel marketing and partner relationship management.
- Essential project management skills with the ability to handle multiple events and initiatives simultaneously.
- Basic skills in CRM and marketing tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Mailchimp, Pipedrive, Figma)
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills to engage with industry stakeholders and partners.
