KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, from lead generation to deal closure.
Proactively reach out, pitch, and demo ESTO solutions, additionally you need to have enough confidence to pitch, negotiate, and win.
Consistently hit (and smash) monthly and quarterly sales targets.

REQUIREMENTS:
Proven B2B (or B2C) sales experience with strong negotiation and sales skills.
Be self-motivated, target-driven, trustful and resilient.
Excellent communication and sales skills, and relationship-building abilities.
Fluent language skills in Estonian, English. Russian is is an advantage!
Bonus: knowledge and past experience of online payment solutions and financial services.
