-IT Strategy & Roadmap: Coordinating IT strategy activities, KPI tracking, maintaining strategic project roadmaps, creating presentations and reports, and supporting the development of a unified ONE SYNLAB IT culture.
-Governance: Organizing IT governance meetings, follow-ups, reporting, and maintaining guidelines, processes, and documentation, while supporting the Group IT operating model.
-ServiceNow PPM Tool Administration: Managing release planning with external partners, overseeing improvements & bug fixes, data maintenance, reporting/dashboards, user support, and training.
-Project Management: Managing or supporting strategic IT projects, including planning, coordinating international stakeholders, risk and progress monitoring, and continuous improvement.
