Levstal is an Estonian-based international manufacturing company specializing in high-quality steel structures for large-scale industrial and construction projects worldwide. We are looking for a Junior Project Engineer to support our project team in ensuring smooth project execution and reliable communication with contractors and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Monitor contractor progress, request photo reports, follow up on deadlines, and maintain regular communication
• Maintain accurate photo documentation and fill in audit checklists for ongoing projects
• Assist with client visits: organizing transfers, lunches, and other logistics
• Update project schedules in collaboration with the project team
• Collect and process commercial offers from subcontractors
• Conduct initial research and outreach to new subcontractors (primarily in the Baltics, Poland, and the Balkans)
• Compile comparison sheets for offers and contractor performance

Your Profile
• At least 2 years of experience in project support, engineering, or manufacturing environments
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Technical background (Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field)
• Attention to detail and sense of ownership over results
• Confident user of Excel, Word, Outlook; experience with 1C or MS Project is a plus
• Good communication skills in English (minimum B2); Russian is an advantage
• Understanding of basic production processes
