Your influential mission. You will...
- Be the welcoming face and first point of contact for our employees and guests in the office
- Manage the reception area
- Handle invoices and other documentation and ensure their compliance with our policies
- Ensure our meeting rooms are equipped and maintained
- Contribute to team efforts by assisting with special projects (various company events, environmental initiatives, etc.)

- Have excellent communication skills in both Estonian and English
