What You Will Do:
Test Strategy Design and Execution:
Innovatively design and develop an automated test strategy, focusing on seamless integration with our iGaming platform.
Execute and manage test runs, ensuring comprehensive coverage and alignment with development cycles.
Coding and Deployment:
Code robust automated test scripts that are maintainable and scalable.
Deploy these automated tests effectively, integrating them into our continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure automated tests are synchronized with the latest code changes and deployments.
Quality Leadership and Test Development:
Lead QA processes, setting the standard for automated testing practices.
Create detailed, efficient test cases based on precise product requirements.
Maintain a keen focus on optimizing the performance and reliability of automated tests.
Continuous Improvement:
Continually refine testing processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Stay at the forefront of QA innovations, integrating new automated testing methodologies and tools.
Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with development teams, participating in all phases from planning to deployment.
Clearly communicate testing strategies, results, and insights to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and understanding across teams.
Requirements
What You Will Bring:
Technical Expertise:
3+ years of professional experience in QA, with a strong emphasis on automated testing, coding, and deployment.
Demonstrated proficiency in coding automated tests and deploying them within CI/CD frameworks.
Analytical Skills:
The ability to translate complex requirements into efficient and effective automated test cases.
Exceptional problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach.
Communication:
Fluent in English, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Excellent interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration within and across teams.
Professional Competencies:
Leadership in owning the automated testing domain, guiding and mentoring team members.
A collaborative spirit, with the capacity to work independently and as an integral part of the development team.
A proactive approach to enhancing QA processes and methodologies.
