As a technical success intern at MarkeDroid, you will be instrumental in supporting customers by providing timely and effective technical assistance and ensuring the service runs flawlessly. You will gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment and learn to navigate complex technical challenges.

Ootused kandidaadile

Responsibilities:
1. Ensuring the success of customers using MD platform: Addressing technical questions and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
2. Troubleshooting and diagnosing problems: Investigating and identifying the root causes of technical issues, and providing step-by-step solutions.
3. Supporting B2B partners: Working closely with key partners to ensure success in serving both B2B and B2C customers.
4. Creating and maintaining knowledge base articles: Documenting common issues, solutions, and best practices to empower customers.
5. Collaborating with the engineering team: Communicating customer insights and technical issues to internal teams to facilitate product development and bug fixes.
6. Monitoring system performance: Assisting in the monitoring of system health and identifying potential issues before they impact customers.

Requirements:
1. Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to communicate with customers and partners in a professional manner.
2. Problem-solving skills: Ability to address customer issues and proactively find solutions.
3. Teamwork and collaboration: Work well in a team environment and collaborate with all teams to deliver customer success.
4. Organization and planning: Excellent organizational skills to manage customer success tasks effectively and ability to plan/prioritize tasks to meet customer needs.
5. Customer focus: Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering the best possible customer experience.
6. Preferably background in electrical engineering, energy sector or other technical field. But don’t let this stop you from applying if you think this is the role for you.
7. Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
8. Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
