Töösisu kirjeldus

The Offer: Two Weeks of Fire

This is not a coffee-fetching, resume-building exercise. This is a two-week, high-intensity performance screen designed to test raw intellect, discipline, and resilience under pressure. We are a lean proprietary trading firm where our P&L is our only grade. You will be fully immersed in our process, working in a real-time market environment.

If you are looking for an easy corporate internship, stop reading. If you are looking for the fastest path to a full-time seat based purely on merit, this is your trial.

The Challenge: What You Will Do

We use these two weeks to find out if you can handle the complexity and rigor required to generate alpha:

Process Deconstruction: You will shadow our trading desk and be immediately tasked with documenting and refining our execution protocols. We test your ability to absorb complex systems quickly.

Market Synthesis & Price Drivers: You will be tasked with synthesizing market positioning data, third-party flows, and external research to develop a quantified understanding of what truly drives price action. This tests your ability to connect the dots.

Factor Testing: You will build a simulated factor model, immediately applying quantitative reasoning to market inefficiencies.

The Solo P&L Test: You will generate and defend one high-conviction long idea and one short idea, concluding with a trading simulation where your discipline and risk management will be judged ruthlessly.

Ootused kandidaadile

Requirements: The Uncompromising Standard

We only accept candidates who can demonstrate an intrinsic, obsessive drive for success:

Unmatched Quantitative Aptitude: Currently pursuing a degree in a technical or quantitative field (Finance, Statistics, Math, Physics, Computer Science) with a top-tier academic record.

Obsessive Discipline: Proven ability to stick to a strategy, manage personal biases, and maintain emotional control during periods of loss and stress.

Execution Speed: The ability to process data, calculate risk, and make defensible decisions under severe time pressure.

Zero Ego, High Accountability: You must own your mistakes, learn immediately, and demonstrate a proactive, self-sufficient approach to learning.

Võimalused

We are not interested in only potential. We are interested in verifiable performance. Are you the 1%? Prove it.

Apply by: 15.01.2026 with your CV and a cover letter detailing your clearest example of resilience after a significant failure. The internship period is in February.

Compensation: €1000 gross / 2 weeks.
