Details about the role

- Design and validation of electrical schematics, cabling, and system integration. 
- Development of electrical systems and control architecture for launching systems. 
- Selection, testing, and technical validation of electrical components and subsystems.
- Collaboration with mechanical, embedded software, and systems engineers to develop new solutions. 
- Own electrical system architecture decisions from concept development through testing and field deployment.
- Technical support for prototype building, testing, and field support.

Other tasks:
- Failure analysis and troubleshooting of electrical systems both in the factory and in the field. 
- Creation of technical documentation, manuals, and manufacturing documentation. 
- Technical cooperation with suppliers and partners regarding components and solutions. 
- Evaluation and implementation of new technologies and architectural solutions and engineering approaches.

Expectations for the candidate

- Higher education in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields.
- Previous experience in the development of electrical or electronic systems. 
- Good understanding of electrical schematics, cabling, and system integration. 
- Experience with mobile machinery, industrial, or embedded systems. 
- Ability to independently analyze and solve technical problems. 
- A strong team player with the ability to work independently, act, and drive results. 
- Fluent in both Estonian and English. 

Nice to have:
- Previous experience with military, autonomous, or UAV systems.
- Experience with CAN bus, IO-Link, or other industrial communication systems.
- Experience with embedded control systems.
