Details about the role
The successful applicant will be requested to perform the following main tasks and responsibilities:
Supporting the preparation of the Single Programming Document (SPD), Consolidated Annual Activity Report (CAAR), annual Management Plan and quarterly performance reviews (QPRs).
Assisting with the monitoring of organisational planning and KPI tracking, including data collection, validation and quality checks.
Supporting activities related to the implementation and follow-up of the EUDA Strategy 2030 project.
Contributing to presentations, reporting products and other outputs.
Contribute to internal communication on the team’s activities and outputs across the agency, for example through preparation of summaries, visual products and content for internal channels (such as the HumHub space).
Support the identification and adoption of innovative methods and tools for planning, performance management and reporting, in particular AI-powered tools, Power BI or similar platforms.
Contribute to other areas of work, as required, in line with the needs and priorities of the EUDA.
Expectations for the candidate
Eligibility requirements:
Be a national of one of the Member States of the European Union, Norway or Türkiye.
Have fulfilled any obligations imposed by the applicable laws concerning military service.
Be physically fit to perform the duties of the post.
Have completed the first cycle of a higher education course (university education) and obtained a full degree or its equivalent by the closing date for applications.
Have obtained the most recent higher education degree (graduate, postgraduate or doctoral) no more than three years before the deadline for applications.
Have a thorough knowledge of oral and written English.
Selection requirements:
A university degree, covering areas such as project management, information management/knowledge management, economics, or data science/data analytics.
Experience in, or knowledge of, applying or supporting project management methodologies (e.g. PM², Agile).
Experience in, or knowledge of, creating dashboards or visual reports using tools such as Power BI or Excel.
Experience in, or knowledge of, AI-assisted tools or automation to generate text, structure content or support knowledge extraction.
