Details about the role

Estonian Student Satellite (Eesti Tudengisatelliit) is looking for a new HR Team Member to
support our recruitment, on boarding, and people-related development activities.


This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in human resources, organizational development, and internal processes while contributing to a student-led space technology organization. The role is voluntary and unpaid, with an expected commitment of up to 8 hours per week.

Expectations for the candidate

What you’ll do:

As part of the HR team, you may support us with:
Drafting and publishing job advertisements
Reviewing applications and communicating with candidates
Coordinating with team leads about recruitment needs
Supporting on boarding and 1:1 well being calls
Helping organize trainings on conflict management, leadership, and cultural awareness
Organizing team-building activities
Contributing to other HR and people-related initiatives


We are looking for someone interested in people, teamwork, communication, and building effective internal processes. It may be especially suitable for students or early-career professionals interested in psychology, communication, business, organizational development, intercultural relations, HR, or related fields.
