Job Description
We're looking for a passionate Accounting Intern to join our Finance team at Stargate Hydrogen.
Duration: 2-3 months
Paid internship, starting from mid-June.
What does the day-to-day look like in this role?
You’ll work closely with the Finance and Procurement teams, handling tasks such as:
• Code and process purchase invoices, ensuring correct GL and cost center assignment
• Manage invoice approval workflows and follow up on pending approvals
• Code expense reports and travel reports accurately to appropriate accounts
• Prepare monthly general ledger account reconciliations
• Support month-end closing activities and journal entry preparation
• Assist with purchase order and purchase invoice tracking

Must-have qualifications:
• Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
• Basic understanding of accounting principles (debits/credits, GL, AP/AR)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
