Navis Quota Solutions OÜ provides consultancy services in the field of compliance with Environmental Legislation and supports clients in managing regulatory requirements related to the placement of goods on the European Union (EU) and Great Britain (GB) markets.
Its activities also include the coordination and execution of import supply projects on behalf of companies operating within the EU and GB. In this context, the company manages the necessary import licences, authorisations, and administrative procedures required for the lawful import and distribution of goods.
The ideal Candidate in this context will be initially trained to then be able to work as a Clients’ point of contact for enquiries and support on their compliance with Environmental Legislation applicable to their goods, in particular with the Fgas Regulation (EU) 2024/573 and its Implementing Acts.
The Candidate will work in an international environment, in a very dynamic and multi-disciplinary context.

The person covering this role will mainly work on the following tasks:
- Consultancy service on Environmental Regulatory Compliance obligations
- Regular communication with Service Providers, Clients and Partners
- Communication with EU and GB Authorities
- Documents preparation (Declarations of Conformity)
- Support on Clients’ annual Reporting and Auditing obligations
- Support on events and exhibitions preparation and organisation
- Other reasonable duties assigned by the Employer
The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:
- Interest in environmental regulatory compliance
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to communicate professionally with all involved Parties
- Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
- Proactive, structured, and able to work both independently and as a member of a team
