We’re looking for an HR Team Member focused on Events & Team Activities!
Estonian Student Satellite (Eesti Tudengisatelliit) is looking for a new HR Team Member to support the organisation of team events, workweeks, and activities that strengthen collaboration and team culture.
This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in human resources, event coordination, organizational development, and team culture while contributing to a student-led space technology organization. The role is voluntary and unpaid, with an expected commitment of up to 8 hours per week. Occasional on-site participation is expected, particularly during team events and workweeks. Knowledge of Estonian and English is required.

What you’ll do:
As part of the HR team, you may support us with:
Planning and organizing team events, workweeks, and team-building activities
Coordinating event logistics, schedules, venues, and other practical arrangements
Communicating with team members and team leads regarding events and activities
Supporting the organization of internal workshops, trainings, and social activities
Gathering feedback from team members and helping improve future events
Supporting initiatives that strengthen team engagement, communication, and organizational culture
Assisting with regular HR activities, including recruitment, on-boarding, and well-being initiatives when needed
Contributing to other HR and people-related initiatives
We are looking for someone who is organized, proactive, creative, and comfortable coordinating activities involving different people. Experience or interest in event management, HR, communications, organizational development, project management, or related fields is an advantage.
