As a Technical Services Officer, you will be part of the Service Desk, supporting the corporate IT environment by handling incidents and service requests related to hardware, software, and network issues. You will act as the first point of contact, troubleshoot problems, and ensure timely resolution while maintaining a high level of service quality.
The role involves working with tools and systems such as Microsoft 365, Active Directory, SCCM, Intune, and basic networking, as well as collaborating with internal teams and external vendors when escalation is needed. You are expected to take ownership of tasks, follow through until resolution, and contribute to improving system stability, performance, and documentation.
This is a hands-on role suited for someone with a strong service mindset, technical curiosity, and willingness to support colleagues in a structured IT environment.
Ootused kandidaadile
We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in IT support and a strong service mindset. You have a basic understanding of operating systems (Windows and macOS), Microsoft 365, and general IT environments.
Experience or familiarity with tools such as Active Directory, Intune, SCCM, or scripting (e.g. PowerShell) is considered a plus, but not required.
You are proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. Strong communication skills in English and Estonian are required.
